Way of Eating
I incorporated Tibetan and Hindu traditions on how I eat. There is a specific way of starting and ending the meal. There are different variables that come into play when eating. Food is life and it is important to feed your body properly. Ideally, it is important to eat consciously. I used to eat very fast and it was a gradual process transitioning to eating calm and aware. I also learned to fast to give my body a break and recuperate.
